We have a thoughtful onboarding process - including systems integration. It's built that way so you have everything you need before the work starts. No one gets handed a role and left to figure it out.
Roles are task-based with real deadlines, so you'll always know what's on your plate, when it's due, and who to reach if you need support or your capacity needs have changed.
