  • Melissa Taylor

    • Social Media & Newsletters – Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or help draft newsletters and blogs.

    • Substack & Blogs – help draft & schedule newsletters, blogs, and editing for guest posts.

    • Partnerships & Collaboration – Build connections with other organizations through co-hosted webinars, joint posts, and shared campaigns.

  • Taylor Eubanks & Jordan Joyce

    • Fundraising & Grants – Support donor outreach, appreciation, and grant writing.

    • Bookkeeping – Track funds and assist with documentation and filings.

  • Stephanie Swanson

    • Membership Committee – Review membership applications.

    • Community Hosts – Help facilitate virtual coffee chats, webinars, or networking events.

    • Online Forum Moderators – Moderate our Facebook and Discord communities.

    • Mentors - Support our members through targeted mentoring. All mentors are supervised by our lead mentor.

    • Web & Database Support – Maintain the website and member directories.

    • PM & Data Management – Oversee our CRM system and ensure data privacy.

    • Systems & Admin – Support event logistics, data entry, and accessibility review.

Here’s how it works.

Tell us a little about yourself, your background, and what draws you to volunteering with us. It's a starting point, not a formal application.

Step 1: Fill out the interest form

A member of our team will reach out to talk through open roles, your capacity, and what a good fit actually looks like on both sides. If it’s not a good fit, there’s no pressure to move forward.

We take the safety of our community seriously. At the same time - we are a Second Chance Organization - meaning that a background check doesn’t need to be the end of the story.

We have a thoughtful onboarding process - including systems orientations. You will have everything you need before the work starts. No one gets handed a role and left to figure it out.
