The Empower Network is a 501(c)(3) built around one core idea: work should fit your life, not the other way around.

We're a nonprofit founded in Kansas City and operating internationally - virtually, because accessibility isn't optional here. Everything we do is designed for people navigating fluctuating capacity, unpredictable health, and a world of work that wasn't built with them in mind.

We offer disability-informed education, mentorship, community connection, and practical resources built specifically for chronically ill, disabled, and neurodivergent people who are figuring out sustainable, flexible work paths.

Every workshop, every resource, every touchpoint is developed around real bodies and limits - not as a brand position, but as the foundational infrastructure.

Fostering economic independence for people the traditional workforce excludes through flexible, accessible pathways to meaningful work and entrepreneurship.

    • Social Media & Newsletters – Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or help draft newsletters and blogs.

    • Partnerships & Collaboration – Build connections with other organizations through co-hosted webinars, joint posts, and shared campaigns.

    • Fundraising & Grants – Support donor outreach, appreciation, and grant writing.

    • Bookkeeping – Track funds and assist with documentation and filings.
