FREE 90-min Workshop: The Low-Energy Guide to Claude Cowork
Running a business or managing professional work while living with chronic illness or fluctuating energy can make even simple tasks feel overwhelming. What if you had a collaborator that could help you think through ideas, organize projects, and reduce the mental load of daily work?
Rheanna Nutter of The Chronic CEO is walking us through Claude Cowork - the desktop feature that lets you hand off the operational activities, step away, and come back to finished tasks. The drafting, the outlines, the automations, the research are all handled for you. Your capacity goes to the revenue generating activities that move your business forward.
In this session, you’ll learn how to set up Cowork so it actually knows your business, what kinds of tasks it handles well, and how to run your first workflow before the week is out.
The workshop will be recorded, but will only available to members through the new member portal a few weeks after the event.

Our Virtual Coffee Hours are relaxed Zoom gatherings for people figuring out work, business, and career paths while living with chronic illness or disability.
Each week we bring a simple discussion question related to work, entrepreneurship, or navigating careers with fluctuating health.
Cameras are optional, energy levels can vary, and showing up exactly as you are is completely normal. It’s simply a space to connect with others who understand what it’s like to build a professional life around real-life health limits.
The link to join coffee hours are in the Member Weekly Email.
