Join us as Megan introduces us to the Internal Family Systems framework and how we can best support ourselves by understanding, increasing compassion for, and meeting the needs of the different parts of ourselves. Megan specializes in Trauma and PTSD, Nervous System Dysregulation and Chronic Illness.
 The meeting will be recorded and available to registrants within a week after the event.

Join The Empower Network for a community therapeutic art activity with guided discussion, led by graduate students from Emporia State University. Art materials required to participate are usually quite simple – paper, pencil, coloring materials such as colored pencils, markers, or crayons.
✨Chronic Illness Career Support Facebook Group
The Long Covid & Chronic Illness Career Support group meets monthly and is free to attend. These Saturday sessions are open to anyone who has joined the Facebook group.
Join us on the 2nd Saturdays of every month, 11AM Central US (9AM Pacific, 5PM GMT)
