Your generous financial donation helps provide services to those who need it most.
Volunteer Opportunities
We will need several volunteers to get this project off the ground. Some roles are listed here, descriptions to be developed later. As the organization is established and we grow in membership, we would like to transition some of these positions to part-time employment or contract paid work.
- Expert Contributors: Provide a webinar or resources in your area of expertise. Could include (but not limited to) content on: Marketing, Accounting, Branding, Using Artificial Intelligence, Email/newsletter systems, Value Propositions, Telling your Story, Social Media, Small Business Legal & Taxes, and more!
- Social Media Marketing: Manage the social media pages – currently Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Fundraising & Grant Support: Focus on fundraising efforts, grant writing, and donor appreciation.
- Treasurer / Bookkeeping: Help manage incoming funds and documentation for tax purposes. (Official Tax Filings must be completed by a CPA.)
- Membership Committee: A team of people to review membership applications.
- Web Maintenance: Maintenance of the website & database of members.
- Marketing and Collaboration Partnerships: We would love to partner with other organizations to support each other’s work. This could look like collaborative social media posts, blog or article writing, co-hosted webinars, or other opportunities to collaborate.
